Start by making the GF breaded chicken cutlets.

Dredge one chicken cutlet into the GF flour, shaking off any excess flour.

Then dip the cutlet into the egg.

Last, dip the cutlet into the GF breadcrumbs. Continue with the rest of the chicken.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until the coating is golden brown.
