Fried GF breaded chicken cutlets Marinara sauce Mozzarella cheese

Start by making the GF breaded chicken cutlets.
Dredge one chicken cutlet into the GF flour, shaking off any excess flour
.
Then dip the cutlet into the egg.
Last, dip the cutlet into the GF breadcrumbs. Continue with the rest of the chicken.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until the coating is golden brown.
Spread marinara sauce onto the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Lay the chicken cutlets in the baking dish and spread marinara sauce on top.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the chicken.
Cover and bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
