Gluten Free Lasagne
is an Italian American classic comfort food with layers of flavorful, creamy ricotta cheese, gooey mozzarella, rich marinara sauce, and gluten free lasagna noodles.
Gluten Free Lasagna Noodles Whole milk Ricotta Whole milk Mozzarella Grated Parmesan Seasoning Egg Marinara Sauce
Start by cooking gluten-free lasagna noodles. Only cook for 4 minutes in boiling water.
Run cool water over noodles to rinse. Set aside.
Place the ricotta filling ingredients into a bowl.
Stir until combined and fluffy.
Time to layer the GF lasagne. Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
Cover the sauce with noodles.
Spread on 1/2 the ricotta filling and mozzarella cheese.
Add another layer of noodles.
Spread on more sauce and then the rest of the ricotta filling and little more shredded mozzarella.
Add the last layer of noodles and another layer of sauce.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on the lasagne.
Cover the lasagne tightly with foil and bake in a 375 degree oven and bake for 55 minutes.
Let the lasagne sit for for 20-30 minutes before serving.
Serve with more grated parmesan cheese and side salad.
