Italian roasted vegetables
are the perfect side dish. Toss the
with olive oil, Italian seasoning, and garlic, then roast in a hot oven until tender and flavorful.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Then get all the veggies prepped.
Add the veggies into a large bowl with seasoning and garlic. Give it a couple of stirs.
Stir in the olive oil until veggies are coated.
Spread the Italian veggies in an even layer onto a baking sheet.
Place into the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until roasted.
Serve alongside your favorite Italian dinner.
