Tagliatelle Carbonara Recipe (Gluten Free)

Tagliatelle Carbonara is a rich, delicious, easy-to-make variation of the Italian classic pasta dish. It uses simple ingredients, including gluten free pasta, and comes together in about 25 minutes so that you can enjoy this popular Italian pasta recipe any day of the week.

Ingredients Gluten Free Tagliatelle Pasta (Jovial Brand) Pancetta Garlic White Wine Egg Yolks Grated Parmesan Salt, Pepper, & Parsley 

Cook the gluten free tagliatelle pasta al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Drain and set aside.

Add the diced pancetta to a pan. You don't need oil because enough fat will render from the meat.

Cook the pancetta for about 4-5 minutes until it starts to become crispy and the fat has rendered in the pan.

Add the garlic and cook for another 2-3 minutes until it's fragrant and golden.

Pour in the dry white wine and cook for another 3 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and then add the tagliatelle, egg yolks and parmesan cheese

Carefully toss together in the pan and sprinkle with parsley.

Enjoy with another sprinkle of cheese!
