Vodka Cream Sauce (Gluten Free)

Vodka cream sauce is easy to make at home using simple ingredients. This creamy vodka sauce is naturally gluten-free and is so flavorful it will rival any vodka sauce you can get at a restaurant.

Ingredients Canned whole tomatoes Olive oil & garlic Crushed red pepper flakes GF vodka Heavy cream Salted Butter Parmesan cheese GF Ziti or Penne Pasta

Pour the tomatoes into a bowl and crush them with your hands or a large spoon. Set aside.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 -10 minutes. Save 1/2 cup of pasta water.

Sauté the garlic in olive oil using a large skillet or sauce pan.

Pour the tomatoes, pasta water, and crushed red pepper flakes into the pot. Bring to a boil.

Then reduce to a simmer and stir in the vodka. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Add the cream and butter into the sauce.

Stir until blended and creamy. You can also add cheese at this time

Or add it in with the pasta. You can also serve pasta separate if you're making this sauce ahead.

Toss the penne or ziti in the pan until coated with the vodka cream sauce.

Serve with gluten free garlic bread and a salad for a restaurant-inspired dinner.
