This Gluten-free Garlic Bread is the perfect Italian side dish! - 1 stick salted butter brought to room temperature
- 1 clove garlic finely minced
- 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 Schar Ciabatta rolls or use 1 Schar Baguette
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Start by mixing the butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, spices, and parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
Slice the ciabatta rolls or baguettes and lay them on a baking sheet.
Spread the garlic butter on the bread halves.
Bake the garlic bread for 8-10 minutes or until the bread, is golden and crispy.
Storage Tips
In the refrigerator
Store gluten-free garlic bread in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Heat up for 3-5 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
In the freezer
You can also freeze garlic bread. After it cooks and cools, place the slices into a freezer bag and freeze for 1-2 months. Reheat in a 350-degree oven for 5-7 minutes or until hot.
Or assemble the garlic bread, place it on a small tray or plate, and stick it in the freezer for an hour to flash freeze. After the garlic bread is frozen, put it into a freezer bag and freeze for 1-2 months. Heat in a 350-degree oven for 10 - 15 minutes until hot, golden, and crispy.
